Whilst we take every effort to ensure complete satisfaction for all patients, we do realise that this is not always possible. We do have several methods by which your views, concerns and complaints can be heard.
We are keen to hear your comments and where appropriate action will be taken to improve the service we offer. This can either be verbally to any member of staff or we are also happy to receive written comments.
